Terms of Service

Aoyami ("we", "our", "us") is an anime and donghua streaming platform that provides access to content aggregated from third-party sources. Aoyami operates at aoyami.my.id.

Aoyami does not host, upload, or store any video content on its own servers. All video content is embedded from third-party streaming providers.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aoyami. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Some content may be restricted to users aged 17+ due to mature themes.

Aoyami reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Discord OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are used for unauthorized purposes.

Aoyami is free to use. To support the platform and keep it running, advertisements may be displayed on the web version of Aoyami. By using the free tier, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ads may appear on pages, between content, or as interstitials on the web platform
• Ad-blocking software may interfere with certain features of the service
• We work with third-party advertising networks who may use cookies and tracking technologies to serve relevant ads
• Ads are not displayed within the Aoyami mobile app (Android/iOS)

We offer an optional Aoyami Premium subscription that provides enhanced features, including but not limited to:

• Ad-free experience across all platforms
• Higher streaming quality options
• Early access to new features
• Priority customer support
• Exclusive profile customization options

Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to Premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.

Aoyami aggregates links to content hosted on third-party websites. We do not claim ownership of any anime, donghua, or related media displayed on this platform. All rights belong to their respective copyright holders.

If you are a rights holder and believe your content is displayed without authorization, please contact us at dmca@aoyami.my.id with a valid DMCA takedown notice. We will respond promptly.

The Aoyami name, logo, interface design, and code are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from Aoyami
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access Aoyami's source code without permission
• Use Aoyami to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through comments or any other feature
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or payment systems
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party

Aoyami integrates with third-party services including Supabase (authentication and database), Google OAuth, Discord OAuth, and external video streaming providers. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

Aoyami is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be available. Specific titles may be removed at any time due to licensing or rights issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aoyami and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or inability to access content.

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of Aoyami after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
